Jones Advertising created multiple award-winning television campaigns for many of Rescue's products, including the national launch of the new W-H-Y trap for Wasps, Hornets and Yellow Jackets. The spots created by Jones Advertising have won numerous Telly Awards for creative excellence in the Packaged Goods category. For Rescue's retail partners, Jones also developed instructional in-store and web videos.

Rescue!: Smart Trap "Mousetrap"
Rescue Pest Control, the leading maker of pesticide-free insect traps, needs to fight to maintain distribution in a competitive category. Retailers such as The Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, as well as drug stores and grocery chains have limited shelf space and are quick to drop a vendor that doesn’t provide strong consumer-marketing support.
Jones Advertising created TV ads and in-store videos for Rescue Pest Control, with the goal of gaining new retail distribution. TV ads were developed for a complete line of new products, including a 2009 Emmy-nominated campaign for the W.H.Y trap. The ads have top-level production values but were created for a fraction of the national average production cost.
The retailers responded. Jones Advertising has helped Rescue Pest Control not only maintain distribution, but also expand its product line, edging out efforts from well-established competitors such as Ortho and Raid. As a result, Rescue Pest Control’s signature yellowjacket traps and other pesticide-free products are fixtures in backyards across America.
