HouseValues.com, the ninth fastest-growing technology company in North America (Deloitte & Touche) chose Jones Advertising to create their national television and radio campaign to launch HomePages.com - a new web site featuring aerial neighborhood views that give homebuyers the “complete picture.” To illustrate the unique properties of the site, Jones employed a series of digital and in-camera effects that made the Internet experience come to life.

HouseValues, one of the fastest growing technology companies in the world, wanted to offer more products to real estate agents. They created a new home listing website, the first in the industry with aerial map tools and neighborhood data. To support the site, they needed to attract both realtors and home-buyers.
Jones Advertising advised HouseValues from the product’s inception, and helped launch HomePages.com with both B2B and B2C advertising strategies. The national campaign targeted at agents included full-page magazine ads, interactive web tools, direct mail, customizable television ads and a magazine campaign. The national consumer campaign included television, radio, magazine, newspaper and web banner ads.
HomePages booked $1.2 million in real estate agent sponsorships before the site was even live. The site was an immediate success and the campaign continues to recruit thousands of realtors and millions of potential home buyers. HouseValues was named “The 9th fastest growing public technology company” the same year the site went live.
